GTender Product Terms

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

GLHK Solution Ltd and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in GTender and its proprietary technology, including its software, interfaces, workflows, classification systems, taxonomies, data structures, search and matching functionality, proprietary enrichment, documentation and related technology.

Access to GTender as a visitor, Free user, Pro user or other authorised user grants only the applicable limited right to use the service and does not transfer ownership of GTender, its source code, software or other intellectual property.

2. Tender Source Information

Tender notices and source information originating from government bodies, public authorities, contracting entities or other publishers remain attributable to their respective original sources.

GLHK Solution Ltd does not claim ownership of third-party source materials merely because they are indexed, referenced, organised or displayed through GTender.

3. Unauthorised Extraction and Republication

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law or authorised by GLHK Solution Ltd in writing, you must not:

• systematically scrape, crawl, harvest, copy or extract GTender pages, search results, classifications, tags, structured records or proprietary enrichment;
• use bots, spiders, automated scripts or similar means to reconstruct a substantial part of GTender or its proprietary database;
• resell, mirror, republish, sublicense or commercially redistribute GTender's proprietary classification, presentation, enrichment or structured outputs;
• remove or alter GTender, GLHK Solution Ltd, copyright, trademark, source or other proprietary notices.

4. Platform Security and Integrity

You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, administrative functions or non-public data;
• introduce malware, malicious code, automated attack traffic or other harmful material;
• bypass authentication, authorisation, rate limits, usage restrictions or other security measures;
• damage, disable, overload, disrupt or attempt to manipulate GTender data, search results, account records or platform operation;
• probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation.

5. Impersonation, Misrepresentation and Abuse

You must not use GTender to:

• impersonate GTender, GLHK Solution Ltd, another user, contracting authority or other person or organisation;
• falsely claim authorisation, endorsement, certification, partnership or affiliation with GTender or GLHK Solution Ltd;
• knowingly submit, publish or distribute materially false or misleading information;
• publish unlawful threats, harassment, defamatory material or other content that violates the rights of another person or organisation.

Nothing in these Product Terms prevents lawful criticism, commentary, quotation, reporting or other use permitted by applicable law.

6. Enforcement

Where GLHK Solution Ltd reasonably believes these Product Terms have been breached, it may, having regard to the nature and seriousness of the conduct, restrict automated or excessive access, suspend or terminate an account or session, revoke credentials, preserve relevant technical and account records and take other appropriate measures or pursue remedies available under applicable law.
