LITTLEG · SUPPORT
Find the answer, then continue.
Start with the question blocking your next step. LittleG keeps previews, saved results, account access and professional GLG delivery clearly separated.
01What should I try first?
Start from LittleG Home and ask about one place, area, suitability question, value question, or possible next use. LittleG will keep the result inside the existing Valuation readiness triage instead of sending you into a second tool.
02Where are my saved results and cards?
Use Result History for supported saved LittleG results and city cards. A saved preview or local card is not automatically a formal certificate, survey, valuation, planning opinion, or professional report.
03What can I share with family, colleagues, or partners?
You can share a supported LittleG result card or summary when that result surface provides a Share action. Treat it as preliminary context unless the delivery itself explicitly identifies a verified professional output.
04When is a download a real delivery?
A downloadable file is only a formal delivery when the relevant result or delivery surface explicitly confirms that status. Local works, previews and generated summaries should not be presented as professional conclusions.
05What is GFun and when can it be used?
GFun is the LittleG platform credit system for selected eligible experiences and workflows. A page must show the applicable cost or entitlement boundary before a chargeable action; ordinary browsing does not itself create a charge.
06When should I move from LittleG to professional GLG review?
Move to GCityPartners when the question becomes a real project decision, requires verified spatial evidence, or may need surveying, GIS, valuation, planning, human review, or another professional service. LittleG previews do not replace formal professional conclusions.
07Why can’t I open a workspace?
Some workspaces require a Shopify Customer Account, a verified role, an entitlement, or another access condition. The access screen should explain the next recovery step without granting the permission itself.
08What should I send to support?
Include the page or result you were using, what you expected to happen, and a screenshot if relevant. Do not send passwords, API keys, or unnecessary private information.
