Delete Account

This page opens a deletion-request email; it does not immediately delete your account or data. We verify your identity before confirming scope and timing.

  • You may request deletion of eligible LittleG profile and cloud data linked to the verified account.
  • Child/family data, uploaded notices, missions, and cloud City Memory Cards are reviewed against the systems where they are actually stored.
  • You may request closure of a GFun balance; transaction, payment, security, and audit records may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
  • Shopify commerce accounts, orders, and payment records are separate and follow Shopify processes and applicable retention duties.
  • GLG cannot remotely erase data stored only in your browser or device; clear that local data on the device itself.
We will acknowledge your request and next steps within 7 business days. Identity verification may be required; completion time depends on the systems involved, applicable law, and any retention or legal-hold duties.
